YAY for running!!!
This week I ran 12.8 miles and next week I will be adding biking to me daily routine. I'm hoping to find out were I will be doing the swimming part training of the triathlon by next week so I can add it to my weekly routine.
I have always thought running was stupid and was a ridiculous idea. After a 2 weeks of doing it I'm shocked to say that I really enjoy it. I feel better all day long and really feel like have accomplished something. I can't believe I ran almost 13 miles this week and I'm thinking about trying to get at least 16 in next week.
