Defense

Lately it seems I'm always on the defense when other people are talking to me. I'm trying to learn how to listen. This is not as easy to do as it sounds. Listening is actually a very hard skill to learn. To not think of anything or start coming up with my answer before a person is finished talking is very difficult. Practice makes perfect so this is my new goal. Practice this everyday and remind myself every morning.
