Back to the healthy side

I ate what ever and as much of it as I wanted over the past month and 1/2. I went back over the 200lbs mark and wanted to get back down under it. I have set a goal of being back under 200 in 2 weeks and under 190 in 2 months. Summer is just around the corner and I want to have a mean lean body for pool party's.
