Over the past week I cut sugar from my diet. I have decided to do this for the entire month. I'm not trying to lose weight as much as I'm trying not to put on 10 pounds this month. At my job this time of year cakes, cookies, donuts, and plenty of other sweets are all around me. I decided cut those out this month to save me a lot of added pounds this holiday season. If I don't eat your sweets this month, its me not your sweets.
