Today is my 18th day on the diet. Other than 2 meals with eggs in them I have stayed vegan. We have been doing a lot of traveling so that has made it difficult to find eat to live options. I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time. I know have lost more weight just not as dramatic as the first week. I will weigh in at the 4 week mark and post. My hope is a total of 20 pounds in 4 weeks.
