Qwest sucks!!!

I have been fighting with my internet company Qwest for about 6 months now. My bill is wrong every month and I have to call and ask them WTF!!! I'm ready to switch to Cox high speed internet. It will cost about $20 more dollars a month but I should get better service at 12Mbps instead of crappy service at 7Mbps.

@ Brian with Qwest. I will be getting a bill from Qwest this week and I hope all changes have been made. I'm still being charged for an item I was told would be free, but Qwest said there was nothing they could do about that. Thanks for the concern but I think the damage has been done.

Hey Stephen, I'm sorry that this happened and it sounds like we've possibly burned a bridge here. I've been a manager here at Qwest for 4+ years, and I know that sometimes there are things I can do when all else fails. So, I would like look into this further to see if there may be something I can do.

If you would rather I not look into it, I understand. But, I wouldn't mind researching this for you, and would like to help.

If so, please let me know, and I'll be looking out for your reply. :0)
