Alpha cat?

My neighborhood is being attacked by 3 cats. These cats must be male because they have been feeling the need to mark there territory all over my yards. I'm starting to lose my patients and don't know what to do. I'm looking for a good way to stop these pests from pooping and pissing in my yard. I need to become the alpha cat in my neighborhood and don't know how to do this. I would like to keep it civil but all I can come up with is to get out the BB gun and start making them scared to walk my fence or step in my yard. I would like to just mark my territory and they will stay away but I don't think it is that easy. Any suggestions?
