Mental Endurance.

I have been training for my sprint triathlon for about a month now and have had my ups and downs. I have discovered that if I'm not mentally ready for my workout it is not a good one. If I'm ready to go and very motivated I usually have one of my best workouts ever. This has lead me to understand how important mental endurance plays a role in my daily workouts. Without the proper mind set I will not accomplish the goals I set. I hadn't realized before now, that my mental endurance is just as important as my physical endurance.
