Me?... An adult?....Maybe!

I have always loved living a public and open life which is the reason I started this website so long ago. Lately as the world spins faster and life gets a little more out of control I have stopped posting. It's not that I don't want to post, it's that I have started to censor myself and watch what I say on this extremely open forum I have created. I used to enjoy getting people all fired up over my posts and letting everybody know ever detail of my life. As I get older and look to become a little more professional and adult I want to change my online presence to be one that is informative, but not so over the top.
I have been absent for so long, because it is hard to make the transition of Diarrhea fingers, where I type everything I think and feel, to selective fingers. I'm going to make an effort to restart the blog and we will see where it goes. Learning what to type and what not to type will be a challenge but I think that I'm up to it.

The transition from indiscriminate to somewhat censored isn't so tough when you run potential posts through the following filter: is it something I'd ever want printed in the National Enquirer, broadcast on the evening news, or read to my family.

I find that filter works nicely.

I also have a great filter, my wife. She is always good for a, "MITCHELL!!!, you better not post that.";)

That's because I'm thinking about the public filters!
