Back at it.
Today I got back into the swing of running after 3 weeks of being a slacker. It was the hardest 2 miles I have ran in some time. I' m looking forward to getting back in to running, biking, and swimming. I just hope I haven't ruined myself for the Triathlon I want to do in the end of May. I only have a month to go and it seems like a long way away right now but it will be hear before I know it. I'm going to be doing some pretty intense training for the next 2 weeks and see how I feel after that.
