Improvement has been made

At the start of the month I started to track my daily adventures at work to help me remember what I have been doing and talking about to my accounts. This week I have noticed a huge difference in my performance at work. This week before I go into an account I read what we talked about last time I was in the account and go in talking about things I never would of remembered before. I also remember it better because I wrote it down last week. Another amazing tool to remember and make my customers fell special. Happy customers make $$$ for me.
