If a person lives a life of sin then takes their own life.
Do they go to heaven?
How does a preacher handle a funeral when he thinks the dead is not going to heaven?

HI JUST WANTED TO MAKE A COMMENT ON YOUR BLOG, BUT IT DIDN'T TAKE-------------ALL WE CAN DO IS HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOUR AUNT HAD A CHANCE TO KNOW GOD BEFORE SHE DIED----------THE BIBLE DOES SAY THAT WE NEED TO GIVE OUR HEARTS AND LIVES TO HIM, IT IS SO SIMPLE TO MAKE HIM OUR LORD, BUT YET PEOPLE MAKE IT SO HARD, THEY SAY THEY WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP SO MUCH, WELL I KNOW THAT WITHOUT "HIM" IN OUR LIVES, LIFE WOULD BE TERRIBLE--------
IT IS WONDERFUL TO KNOW THAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE A FRIEND TO TALK TO, WALK EACH DAY WITH, AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE HIS CHILD, AND HE IS YOUR FATHER---LIFE IS WORTH LIVING ------WITH-------HIM: I DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU, BUT WE HAVE TO LEAVE IT IN GOD'S HANDS:

If I wanted to comfort friends and family of some one who commited suicide I'd say the following.
1) regardless of the person's eternal fate, he/she was a blessing from God and we should reflect on what God wants us to learn and grow from the turn of events.
2)The individuals eternal fate is between the individual and God. We cannot say some one is damned without reasonable doubt. Yes, many people belive that if some one takes their own life they won't be saved, but, we don't know if they repented at the last second. It would be a miracle but there are miracles in the Bible more spectacular than that.
