I have also learned that everybody not just the fast food industry is trying to kill us from the inside. Get educated and start to read labels. It will scare the crap out of you.

The Abs Diet update
The diet has been going great. It's not too hard and I have been doing pretty good at it so far. The one major thing about the diet is the results I have gotten after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I'm down to 207 pounds from 213 and a BF% of 31.8%. That is down from 37.5% and so that is very good. The diet is not about working out really hard or anything like that. It is just about know what is in, what goes into your mouth. Staying away from the crap the body shouldn't have in it. I feel better and look better then I have in a very long time. I'm starting to learn the difference between being skinny and being health. If you are skinny it doesn't mean you are health.
