The Abs Diet

The wife was reading a book on our vacation called the Abs Diet. It is more of a meal plan then a diet. You have to plan ahead everyday and eat good food the right way. We will be starting the diet today and I will notify you of my weekly progress over the next week.
My weight is 213 and my BF% is 37.5%. This is all bad
My goal weight is 190 and to have a BF% around 25% so I have some work to do.
