Then why bother.

I have a very hard time understanding people that don't have passion or drive to be the best. In every job, I have ever had, I have always tried to do my best and be an outstanding employee. That's just how I operate. I have always taken ownership of what I do, and want to be the best at whatever I do. If I didn't try my best, I don't know why I would bother. A half ass job is not an option in my world.

Almost everyday I see a person working hard at hardly working. If they used the effort they put into not working, to work, they would be really good employees. Instead they are that guy. You know the guy that some how always gets out of things. You know every excuse he has is BS and he is just working the system.

I'm not saying I work with people like this, I'm just saying I see it almost every day.
