Back to health and fitness
At the end of the month I will be on vacation and we will be spending some time at the beach. I have not crossed the 200 lbs mark again but have come very close. 190 is my ideal weight and plan to work very hard to get close to this weight by the end of the month. I want to hit the beach without a shirt and not gross to many people out in the process. I started with a spin class last night and plan to be in the gym 3 days a week. I'm also back on the no soda and no food served through a window plan. It will be a wild 3 weeks but I think 3lbs a week will be easily reached if I work hard at it.
