I have always battled the bulge.
I'm back to the weight I was when I worked my butt off and was down to 175lbs. Over the last 4 years I have put it all back on. I'm looking for a more permanent weight loss plan. My last plan was run 5 miles a day. It worked but not practical with life always getting in the way. I might consider a life style change and do something crazy links go Vegan. I'm reading a book right now that might get me to try it for 6 weeks and see what I think.
