Day 1 is coming to a close. The day started great then the cravings started. I was able to keep on the path. I thought the tough stuff to over come would be cheese and meat. Turns out it's salt and caffeine. I feel like I should be in a Betty Ford clinic getting over an horrible crack addiction. Guess it goes to show that I had more of an addiction than I thought. Day 2 of detox tomorrow.

That's what we found when we did it! The sugar (for me) and salt. Try Spike seasoning, it actually tastes salty. Well, you guys haven't even seen results yet and you are already inspiring me to think about trying it again. Go you!
